my boyfriendddd

so mike came and surprised me yesterday. he told me that he was going to be there after my class was over, BUT HE WAS THERE BEFORE! anyways, i walked out of class and turned right only to find that my friend hawkins was waiting for me outside of my class. he's at home this semester like mike cause they're both deploying. anyways, so i saw him and said hey, and then all of a sudden i feel these really long arms wrap around me from behind and i knew it was mike. i was so freakin' excited.

mike, hawkins, and i went to see marley & me after that. it was SO freakin' sad. SPOILER ALERT: a miscarriage and a dead dog? REALLY? come on.

ugh, i just realized it's sunday. that stinks. i should have gone to church this morning, but i forgot it was gonna be sunday- sad. anyways, mike is going to be staying on rob and brittany's couch tonight and tomorrow night. i'm probably going to be staying alone in my cold, empty, lonely dorm room cause i'm not gonna fit on that couch with mike. no way.

tomorrow we're gonna go see my bloody valentine 3D. i'm going to cry myself to sleep out of fear every night from tomorrow night on because i HATE scary movies.

i practiced the ukulele last night and some today so that when mike gets back from the brotherhood retreat in a couple hours, i can play a concert for him. "i will follow you into the dark," "you and i," "grow old with you," "build me up buttercup," and "the way i am". it's gonna be great.

i called my gramma friday for her anniversary, and she told me i was the bomb.
..hahahah good times.

that's all. i'm gonna.. do something else now.

sleeping

i am convinced that i sleep too much. i usually fall asleep at like 1 in the morning. then, i wake up at like 11 or 11:30. ten hours of sleep. but i'm always tired. WHAT IS WITH THAT?! whateverrr. i can hear my dad downstairs saying that if brooke was hit by a car, then rachel would be the saddest because she's the meanest to brooke. and it's true.

i was going to go to a gladiator's game today with my friend david and his friend courtney, but he had to work to late, SO I'M NOT.

i had the WEIRDEST dreams last night. the first one was that mike and i were getting married. but, we were at school, and i only had to choose from the dresses i had in my wardrobe. that's not a lot. but i chose my pink fluffy princess dress, which is home in reality. i remember what my engagement ring looked like. it was weird and nothing like i had ever seen or thought of. maybe that's how the pros do it: wait until they dream it. who knows?

monday i go to my pyotee's house for gift exchange. i have a surprise for her. kiiiiind of. i mean, she's expecting it, but not how it is. blah blah blah, i'm not saying any more cause IT'S A SURPRISE.

i'm gonna bake cookies with my neighbor soon. so i suppose i'll get out of bed now. byeeee.

Noisy Neighbors

All right. What I'm about to say is not going to be nice. So if you have little baby eyes, leave.

I would really love to know why the heck the freshmen living on the floor above me decide to do WHATEVER the heck they're doing at the most inconvenient hours. It's incredibly aggravating. And, it's not like they're just moving furniture, which I would understand, or accidentally dropping something. It's a consistent banging; like 2 bangs per second (yeah, I counted). It's been going on for almost a month now, and it happens at the oddest of hours. The first time I heard it, it was at 8:30 in the freakin' morning.. FOR AN HOUR. I am not a morning person. So to say the least, I wanted to punch them in their throats. My roommate, Sarah, will hear it in the middle of the afternoon lasting for a few minutes.

Anyways, it's been going on for way too long without their RA saying something. So, last night, it went on for a few minutes at 12:30 in the morning. So, being the confrontational person that I am, I stormed upstairs to find out where the heck this noise was coming from. When I got up there, a girl was already in the hallway trying to listen to where the sound was coming from, too. We decided it was coming from room 411 (the room RIGHT above Sarah and me). The girl told them that they were making too much noise and that the floor below them was trying to sleep. They didn't even respond. That pissed me off so bad. Then, their RA woke up and came out of her room, and another girl from my hall, Allison, came to the hall.

We were all incredibly mad. The first girl left, and the RA knocked on the door. The only thing the girls said was "HANG ON." That angered me even further. I couldn't wait to lay into them. They finally opened the door, and one of the girls stuck her head out and said, "Time to be quiet?" in such a bitchy tone. I looked at her and said, "YEAH it's time to be quiet. We're RIGHT below you and we can't even go to sleep because you're being so freakin' loud, and Allison has an 8:00 class." All the loud girl said was "Okay," and shut the door in our faces.

The next time it happens during quiet hours, I'm not going to be nice and knock on the door. I'm walking in and yelling at them. I can't wait because I LOVE being mean to people who bother me.

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

Once upon a time, there was a beautiful princess named Amy Elizabeth Pearce. She had gorgeous, flowing blond hair, and a career that every girl dreams of: she was a high school colorguard instructor. What a life! She had just moved into the biggest castle in which she had ever lived. Her friends adored her and her students didn't know what they would have done without her. She was in the best relationship of her life with Jason, and things were looking up.
The happiness and good fortune quickly turned to misery and peril when Princess Amy found out that she was late for a ball that had been planned months in advance! What was Amy to do?! In a state of complete frenzy, Amy immediately called her best friend Princess Heidi Christine Bergman. "Heidi," Amy began, "What am I to do? I am late to the ball, and I haven't a dress in my closet! Please help!" Heidi, knowing what she must do, quickly picked up Princess Amy from her enormous castle, and they raced off to The Pampered Princess where all the famous princesses get their gowns.
As they frantically searched for the perfect dress, Princess Heidi called to Princess Amy because she had found a gown that would accentuate Amy's beauty to the fullest. Princess Amy tried the dress on very quickly to find that it was the perfect fit! Overjoyed, the two friends returned to the car, and Princess Heidi dropped off Princess Amy at the ball. Amy walked into the ballroom only to find her Prince Charming, Jason, waiting for her on one knee with the biggest diamond ring she had ever seen. "Princess Amy, will you please honor me in becoming my wife?" Princess Amy couldn't believe her ears! "Of course!" she excitedly screamed. At that moment, Prince Jason swept Princess Amy off of her feet and they rode off into the sunset on horseback and lived happily ever after. The end!

loooooove.

These are the two people that I love the most. My boyfriend, Mike, is the best person to ever have walked into my life. We met in Sociology class the first semester of my freshman year of college. Even though he was gone for two weeks right after we met, I waited for him because I knew he was something special; and he is. The girl in the middle is my oldest little sister, Rachel. We have been through so much together. She always has my back, and I always have hers. She is like my best friend because I know that I can tell her anything without her judging me or telling me how to live my life. We goof around so much, and I have the best time with her. Even though we don't see each other much now that I'm at college, I still feel as close to her as I did before. Then there's me on the right, and I'm just awesome.
I love these two with all of my heart, and I'm so glad that God blessed me with them!
